Rolex did "fix" the issue with the black bezel versions, although the steel one is 42mm. Ultimately Tudor did a better job of fixing the design for what I was looking for anyway. Save Share Rolex has spoiled us for choice this year, with the attention-grabbing Daytona, the youthful Air-King and numerous two-tone options. But if you prefer your Rolex to be more stealth than statement, you can’t go wrong with this excellent new steel and platinum Yacht-Master 40.Rhodium. I like the grayish color a bit more over the blue (unpopular opinion I know) even though the whole watch is SS. The blue accents on the dial and hand is a nice offset and compliments the watch crazily in my opinion. Not getting a stainless steel sub anytime soon, but swung my AD in town and surprised to see they had a blue and the rhodium gray yatch master 40 mm in stock. Liked them equally and getting both isn’t and option
this watch is a stunner, I love the shape of the case, the dial and the blue second hand, also this watch is one of the last affordable Rolex Sports watches, I hope to get one of these in the very near future. The rhodium is more serious and the blue more playful and it depends what else you have in the collection. I have a blue Datejust so it's an easier choice. Nice pic.
