After a short conversation with its owner, u/Papooskimo , I found out Panerai actually makes the exact same watch in 42mm called the 1392!The Panerai Luminor PAM 1392 is rated to 10bar (roughly 100 meters), which is more than adequate for spending time in the pool, surfing, snorkeling, and even most mild recreational diving for that matter.The new Officine Panerai Luminor Marina 1950 3 Days PAM 1312 comes with an exquisite black dial that has 'ecru' superluminova, a stellar blue seconds hand, and a date aperture at 3 o'clock. Panerai all look very similar initially but when you look at them up close and compare them to one another you begin to appreciate certain features that speak to you. The tiny differences really can be make or break whether you like a particular model or not.
